BASIC RETURNS
Please notify Customer Service within 10 days upon the arrival of unwanted/unsatisfactory merchandise. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of the initial shipment. This includes and is not limited to items which are ordered in the incorrect size, color, style, quantity, and item. Correspondence via phone and email will only be accepted. The customer's email must contain the first and last name which appears on the credit card used to place the order, an order number, item name(s) and the nature of the return. If a reply email is not received by the customer within 24 hours the customer should call ASAP to receive return instructions.
We must receive the item(s) within 20 days of being notified of the return. Once we receive the item(s) it will be evaluated to ensure it is new, unworn, and unwashed. For returns which qualify for a refund, a credit will be applied to your credit card for the original amount of the item(s) minus the original shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. To exchange an item(s) or receive store credit the restocking fee will be waived. To receive store credit / exchange we must be notified of the nature of the return within 10 days via an approved method of correspondence. We must receive the item(s) within 20 days of being notified of the return. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of the initial shipment. Once the item(s) are approved for store credit the customer will be issued store credit minus the original shipping fees. Once the item(s) is approved for an exchange the new item will ship as soon as possible. Store credit / exchanges do not include incoming or out going freight. We do not pay incoming or out going freight on basic returns. Sorry there are no returns on sale items, swimwear, or glassware. We will not accept unathorized returns.
DAMAGED / INCORRECT ITEMS
Please notify The Great State of Beer within 10 days upon the arrival of damaged or incorrect merchandise. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of the initial shipment. Correspondence via phone and email only will be accepted. If a reply email is not received within 24 hours the customer should call ASAP to receive return instructions. Your email must contain the first and last name which appears on the credit card used to place the order, an order number, nature of damage, and name of item(s) which are damaged / incorrect. For damaged or incorrect items you will be issued a paid shipping return form. We must receive the items within 20 days of being notified of the return. Once we receive the merchandise it will be evaluated to ensure the condition is new, unworn, unwashed, and damaged or defected in the way described. After we have determined the items qualify for replacement we will ship the correct items without any shipping fees. We will not accept unathorized returns.
SALES TAX

Shipping
To change your shipping address, please click the change address button located above the shipping method selector. This will allow you to add a new ship to address. You may add more then one ship to address for gift giving. Only one ship to address per order is allowed but your profile may contain many addresses. International orders ship via UPS and USPS Priority. If your country is not located on our list of approved ship to countries please contact us for your country to be added pending approval.
Most orders placed before 3 pm pst. ship the same business as long as all items are in stock. All instock items ship within 1-2 business days. Most out stock items ship within the estimated time period and all orders ship complete. Your order will be shipped via the carrier selected however we do retain the right to use other carriers of the same service in the event of an unforseen circumstance i.e. employee strike, weather, etc. When using UPS as a carrier you will receive an email from UPS on our behalf with your tracking number and estimated delivery date. All P.O./APO Boxes shipped via USPS.
